1. OVERVIEW
Vinod Vastu Agra ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Vastu Chakra By Vinod handles information, device permissions, authentication, payments, local project data, and related services during Vastu, architectural, floor-plan, directional, mapping, and AR analysis.
2. LANGUAGE SELECTION
When the application is opened for the first time, users may select their preferred application language.
Language selection is a user-interface preference and does not by itself collect or transmit personal information.
3. LOGIN, SIGN-UP AND AUTHENTICATION
The application provides Login/Sign-Up and Logout functionality.
Users may authenticate using:
• Mobile phone number and One-Time Password (OTP); or
• The available Google Sign-In option.
Depending on the authentication method, the application may receive or process information necessary to verify the user's identity and maintain the authenticated session.
Authentication information may be used for account authentication, subscription access, payment verification, license or entitlement verification, security, and customer support.
The application does not require users to provide additional profile information such as name, address, or other optional personal details unless specifically required for a particular service.
Logging out ends the current authenticated session. Logging out does not by itself delete the associated account or information.
We do not sell or rent users' personal information.
4. MOBILE NUMBER AND OTP
When a user chooses mobile-number authentication, the user provides a mobile phone number to receive an OTP.
The mobile number and authentication information may be processed through the application's authentication infrastructure and authorized service providers for identity verification and account access.
OTP information is used for authentication and is not intended to be used for advertising purposes.
5. GOOGLE SIGN-IN
Users may choose to authenticate using Google Sign-In.
When Google Sign-In is used, Google may provide the application with information permitted through the authentication process, such as an identifier and basic account information necessary for authentication.
Such information is used for authentication, account association, security, and authorized application services.
Google's handling of information is subject to Google's applicable privacy policies.
6. LOCATION INFORMATION
The application may request access to device location when location-related functionality is required.
Location may be used for map-related functionality, geographical analysis, directional Vastu analysis, and other location-dependent application features.
Location information is used only to provide the relevant functionality.
We do not sell or rent location information to advertising networks or data brokers.
Where location information is transmitted to an authorized service provider or mapping service, it is handled according to the applicable service provider's privacy policy and applicable law.
7. CAMERA AND VASTU AR OVERLAY
The application may request camera access when the user chooses to use camera-based Vastu AR/overlay functionality.
The camera may be used for real-time visual alignment of Vastu-related information, including 8 directions, 16 directions, and 32 directions.
Camera frames are processed for the requested real-time functionality.
The application does not intentionally record or maintain camera footage as a personal video archive.
Camera access is requested only when the user chooses to use the relevant camera/AR functionality.
8. PHOTOS, IMAGES, BLUEPRINTS AND ARCHITECTURAL FILES
When a user chooses to import an architectural drawing, floor plan, blueprint, map, or other supported image or file, the application may request the appropriate Android photo, media, or file access.
Selected files may be used for viewing, floor-plan analysis, architectural analysis, grading, Vastu analysis, mapping, and Vastu overlay functionality.
The application does not intentionally access the user's entire photo gallery when such access is not required for the selected operation.
User-selected images and files are processed for the requested application functionality.
9. COMPASS AND DEVICE SENSORS
The application uses compatible device sensors, including magnetic-field and device-rotation sensors, for directional and compass-related functionality.
These sensors may be used for compass direction, True North/magnetic compass calibration, directional calculations, and Vastu directional analysis.
Sensor information is used to provide application functionality and is not intended to create a separate personal profile.
10. INTERNET AND NETWORK ACCESS
The application may use Internet/network access for:
• User authentication
• OTP and authentication services
• Google Sign-In
• Subscription and payment verification
• License or entitlement verification
• Authorized backend services
• Configuration and service operations
• Security
• Technical or diagnostic services
Local architectural and Vastu project information is primarily processed and stored on the user's device unless a particular online service requires specific information to be transmitted.
11. LOCAL PROJECT DATA AND STORAGE
Architectural floor-plan coordinates, vector layouts, Vastu calculations, measurements, project information, and user-entered client/project information may primarily be processed locally on the device.
Where a local project database is used, applicable project records may be protected using SQLCipher or equivalent encryption mechanisms implemented by the application.
We do not sell or rent users' floor plans, project information, Vastu calculations, or personal information.
12. FIREBASE AND TECHNICAL SERVICES
The application may use Google Firebase services, including Firebase Authentication, Firebase Firestore, Firebase Analytics, and Firebase Crashlytics.
These services may be used for authentication, authorized cloud/backend functionality, application analytics, crash reporting, diagnostics, security, and improving application reliability.
Information processed by these services is handled according to their applicable terms and privacy practices.
13. PAYMENT PROCESSING
The application may provide subscriptions or paid digital services.
Where Razorpay is used as a payment service provider, payment-related personal and transaction information may be processed by Razorpay and its authorized service providers according to their applicable privacy notices and applicable law.
The application/developer does not intentionally store full credit/debit card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, or banking credentials in the application's local project database.
Payment providers may process information such as customer identifiers, transaction details, and payment-related information required to process or verify a transaction.
14. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND DATA SHARING
We may use authorized third-party service providers for authentication, Google Sign-In, payment processing, subscription and license verification, cloud/backend services, mapping or location-related services, analytics, crash reporting, security, and essential technical services.
Information is shared only when reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, process or verify transactions, maintain security, operate application functionality, or comply with applicable law.
We do not sell or rent users' personal information to advertising networks or data brokers.
15. DATA SECURITY
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the information handled by the application and its service providers.
Data transmitted over the Internet may be protected using appropriate transport security mechanisms.
Local application data may be protected using encryption mechanisms implemented by the application.
Payment credentials such as full card numbers, CVV, and UPI PINs are not intentionally stored in the application's local project database.
However, no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
16. DATA RETENTION
Local project data generally remains on the user's device until the user deletes the relevant project, clears application storage, or uninstalls the application, subject to the application's actual storage and backup behavior.
Account, authentication, subscription, payment, transaction, licensing, security, analytics, diagnostic, or support information handled by our systems or service providers may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain security, prevent fraud or misuse, resolve disputes, maintain transaction records, comply with contractual obligations, or satisfy applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
17. ACCOUNT AND DATA DELETION
Users who create or use an application account may request deletion of their account and associated personal information.
The application provides Login and Logout functionality. Account deletion functionality may be provided within the application and through a web-based deletion request method provided by us.

When an account deletion request is received, we will delete or anonymize eligible account-associated information, subject to information that we are required or legitimately permitted to retain for legal, regulatory, security, fraud-prevention, payment, transaction-record, or other legitimate compliance purposes.

Local project data can be removed by deleting the relevant projects, clearing application storage, or uninstalling the application, subject to the application's actual storage and backup behavior.
18. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The application is not specifically directed toward children.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
If we become aware that personal information from a child has been collected in a manner that violates applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to address the situation.
19. ADVERTISING
The application does not intentionally sell users' personal information to advertising networks or data brokers.
If advertising or advertising-related services are introduced in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated as appropriate to describe the relevant data practices.
20. POLICY UPDATES
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in the application, services, technology, third-party service providers, or applicable legal requirements.

1. परिचय
विनोद वास्तु आगरा ("हम", "हमारा" या "हमसे") आपकी गोपनीयता का सम्मान करता है। यह गोपनीयता नीति बताती है कि Vastu Chakra By Vinod ऐप वास्तु, आर्किटेक्चरल, फ्लोर-प्लान, दिशात्मक, मैपिंग और AR विश्लेषण के दौरान जानकारी, डिवाइस अनुमतियों, प्रमाणीकरण, भुगतान, स्थानीय प्रोजेक्ट डेटा और संबंधित सेवाओं को कैसे संभालता है।
2. भाषा चयन
ऐप पहली बार खोलने पर उपयोगकर्ता अपनी पसंदीदा ऐप भाषा चुन सकता है।
भाषा चयन केवल ऐप की User Interface Preference है और अपने आप में व्यक्तिगत जानकारी एकत्र या ट्रांसमिट नहीं करता।
3. लॉगिन, साइन-अप और प्रमाणीकरण
ऐप में Login/Sign-Up और Logout की सुविधा उपलब्ध है।
उपयोगकर्ता निम्नलिखित तरीकों से प्रमाणीकरण कर सकता है:
• मोबाइल नंबर और One-Time Password (OTP); या
• उपलब्ध Google Sign-In विकल्प।
Authentication method के अनुसार ऐप उपयोगकर्ता की पहचान सत्यापित करने और authenticated session बनाए रखने के लिए आवश्यक जानकारी प्राप्त या process कर सकता है।
Authentication information का उपयोग account authentication, subscription access, payment verification, license या entitlement verification, security और customer support के लिए किया जा सकता है।
ऐप उपयोगकर्ता से नाम, पता या अन्य अतिरिक्त profile information देने की मांग नहीं करता, जब तक कि किसी विशेष सेवा के लिए इसकी आवश्यकता न हो।
Logout करने से वर्तमान authenticated session समाप्त हो जाता है। Logout करने से account या उससे संबंधित information अपने आप delete नहीं होती।
हम उपयोगकर्ताओं की personal information को बेचते या किराए पर नहीं देते।
4. मोबाइल नंबर और OTP
जब उपयोगकर्ता mobile-number authentication चुनता है, तो OTP प्राप्त करने के लिए मोबाइल नंबर देना होता है।
Mobile number और authentication information को identity verification और account access के लिए ऐप की authentication infrastructure तथा अधिकृत service providers के माध्यम से process किया जा सकता है।
OTP information का उपयोग authentication के लिए किया जाता है और इसे advertising purposes के लिए उपयोग करने का उद्देश्य नहीं है।
5. GOOGLE SIGN-IN
उपयोगकर्ता Google Sign-In के माध्यम से authentication कर सकता है।
Google Sign-In का उपयोग करने पर Google authentication process के माध्यम से अनुमत जानकारी, जैसे identifier और authentication के लिए आवश्यक basic account information, ऐप को उपलब्ध करा सकता है।
इस जानकारी का उपयोग authentication, account association, security और authorized application services के लिए किया जाता है।
Google द्वारा information को संभालना Google की लागू privacy policies के अधीन है।
6. स्थान (LOCATION) जानकारी
ऐप आवश्यकता होने पर device location की permission मांग सकता है।
Location का उपयोग map-related functionality, geographical analysis, directional Vastu analysis और अन्य location-dependent application features के लिए किया जा सकता है।
Location information का उपयोग संबंधित application functionality प्रदान करने के लिए किया जाता है।
हम location information को advertising networks या data brokers को बेचते या किराए पर नहीं देते।
यदि location information किसी authorized service provider या mapping service को भेजी जाती है, तो उसे संबंधित service provider की privacy policy और लागू कानून के अनुसार संभाला जाता है।
7. कैमरा और वास्तु AR OVERLAY
जब उपयोगकर्ता camera-based Vastu AR/overlay functionality का उपयोग करना चुनता है, तब ऐप camera access की permission मांग सकता है।

जहाँ ऐसी access आवश्यक नहीं है, वहाँ ऐप उपयोगकर्ता की पूरी photo gallery को जानबूझकर access नहीं करता।
User द्वारा चुनी गई images और files को requested application functionality के लिए process किया जाता है।
9. कम्पास और DEVICE SENSORS

16. DATA RETENTION
Local project data सामान्यतः उपयोगकर्ता के device पर तब तक रहता है जब तक उपयोगकर्ता संबंधित project को delete नहीं करता, application storage clear नहीं करता या application uninstall नहीं करता, जो ऐप के वास्तविक storage और backup behavior के अधीन है।
Account, authentication, subscription, payment, transaction, licensing, security, analytics, diagnostic या support information को हमारी systems या service providers द्वारा services प्रदान करने, security बनाए रखने, fraud या misuse रोकने, विवाद सुलझाने, transaction records बनाए रखने, contractual obligations पूरी करने या लागू legal और regulatory requirements का पालन करने के लिए आवश्यक अवधि तक रखा जा सकता है।
17. ACCOUNT और DATA DELETION
जिन उपयोगकर्ताओं का application account है, वे अपने account और उससे संबंधित personal information को delete करने का अनुरोध कर सकते हैं।
ऐप में Login और Logout की सुविधा उपलब्ध है। Account deletion की सुविधा ऐप के अंदर तथा हमारे द्वारा उपलब्ध कराए गए web-based deletion request method के माध्यम से प्रदान की जा सकती है।

18. बच्चों की गोपनीयता
यह application विशेष रूप से बच्चों के लिए निर्देशित नहीं है।
हम 13 वर्ष से कम उम्र के बच्चों की personal information जानबूझकर collect नहीं करते।
यदि हमें पता चलता है कि किसी बच्चे की personal information लागू कानून का उल्लंघन करते हुए collect की गई है, तो हम स्थिति को उचित तरीके से संबोधित करने के लिए आवश्यक कदम उठाएँगे।
19. ADVERTISING
ऐप उपयोगकर्ताओं की personal information को advertising networks या data brokers को जानबूझकर बेचता नहीं है।
यदि भविष्य में advertising या advertising-related services शुरू की जाती हैं, तो इस Privacy Policy को उचित रूप से update किया जाएगा ताकि संबंधित data practices की जानकारी दी जा सके।
20. PRIVACY POLICY UPDATES
हम application, services, technology, third-party service providers या लागू legal requirements में बदलाव के अनुसार समय-समय पर इस Privacy Policy को update कर सकते हैं।

Camera access is requested only when the user chooses to use the relevant camera/AR functionality.
8. PHOTOS, IMAGES, BLUEPRINTS AND ARCHITECTURAL FILES
When a user chooses to import an architectural drawing, floor plan, blueprint, map, or other supported image or file, the application may request the appropriate Android photo, media, or file access.
Selected files may be used for viewing, floor-plan analysis, architectural analysis, grading, Vastu analysis, mapping, and Vastu overlay functionality.
The application does not intentionally access the user's entire photo gallery when such access is not required for the selected operation.
User-selected images and files are processed for the requested application functionality.
9. COMPASS AND DEVICE SENSORS
The application uses compatible device sensors, including magnetic-field and device-rotation sensors, for directional and compass-related functionality.
These sensors may be used for compass direction, True North/magnetic compass calibration, directional calculations, and Vastu directional analysis.
Sensor information is used to provide application functionality and is not intended to create a separate personal profile.
10. INTERNET AND NETWORK ACCESS
The application may use Internet/network access for:
• User authentication
• OTP and authentication services
• Google Sign-In
• Subscription and payment verification
• License or entitlement verification
• Authorized backend services
• Configuration and service operations
• Security
• Technical or diagnostic services
Local architectural and Vastu project information is primarily processed and stored on the user's device unless a particular online service requires specific information to be transmitted.
11. LOCAL PROJECT DATA AND STORAGE
Architectural floor-plan coordinates, vector layouts, Vastu calculations, measurements, project information, and user-entered client/project information may primarily be processed locally on the device.
Where a local project database is used, applicable project records may be protected using SQLCipher or equivalent encryption mechanisms implemented by the application.
We do not sell or rent users' floor plans, project information, Vastu calculations, or personal information.
12. FIREBASE AND TECHNICAL SERVICES
The application may use Google Firebase services, including Firebase Authentication, Firebase Firestore, Firebase Analytics, and Firebase Crashlytics.
These services may be used for authentication, authorized cloud/backend functionality, application analytics, crash reporting, diagnostics, security, and improving application reliability.
Information processed by these services is handled according to their applicable terms and privacy practices.
13. PAYMENT PROCESSING
The application may provide subscriptions or paid digital services.
Where Razorpay is used as a payment service provider, payment-related personal and transaction information may be processed by Razorpay and its authorized service providers according to their applicable privacy notices and applicable law.
The application/developer does not intentionally store full credit/debit card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, or banking credentials in the application's local project database.
Payment providers may process information such as customer identifiers, transaction details, and payment-related information required to process or verify a transaction.
14. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND DATA SHARING
We may use authorized third-party service providers for authentication, Google Sign-In, payment processing, subscription and license verification, cloud/backend services, mapping or location-related services, analytics, crash reporting, security, and essential technical services.
Information is shared only when reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, process or verify transactions, maintain security, operate application functionality, or comply with applicable law.
We do not sell or rent users' personal information to advertising networks or data brokers.
15. DATA SECURITY
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the information handled by the application and its service providers.
Data transmitted over the Internet may be protected using appropriate transport security mechanisms.
Local application data may be protected using encryption mechanisms implemented by the application.
Payment credentials such as full card numbers, CVV, and UPI PINs are not intentionally stored in the application's local project database.
However, no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
16. DATA RETENTION
Local project data generally remains on the user's device until the user deletes the relevant project, clears application storage, or uninstalls the application, subject to the application's actual storage and backup behavior.
Account, authentication, subscription, payment, transaction, licensing, security, analytics, diagnostic, or support information handled by our systems or service providers may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain security, prevent fraud or misuse, resolve disputes, maintain transaction records, comply with contractual obligations, or satisfy applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
17. ACCOUNT AND DATA DELETION
Users who create or use an application account may request deletion of their account and associated personal information.
The application provides Login and Logout functionality. Account deletion functionality may be provided within the application and through a web-based deletion request method provided by us.

When an account deletion request is received, we will delete or anonymize eligible account-associated information, subject to information that we are required or legitimately permitted to retain for legal, regulatory, security, fraud-prevention, payment, transaction-record, or other legitimate compliance purposes.
Logging out does not delete the account or associated information.
Local project data can be removed by deleting the relevant projects, clearing application storage, or uninstalling the application, subject to the application's actual storage and backup behavior.
18. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The application is not specifically directed toward children.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
If we become aware that personal information from a child has been collected in a manner that violates applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to address the situation.
19. ADVERTISING
The application does not intentionally sell users' personal information to advertising networks or data brokers.
If advertising or advertising-related services are introduced in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated as appropriate to describe the relevant data practices.
20. POLICY UPDATES
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in the application, services, technology, third-party service providers, or applicable legal requirements.
When appropriate, material changes may be communicated through the application, website, or other reasonable means.
The updated Privacy Policy will display its revised effective date.
21. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Privacy Policy and the use of the application are governed by the applicable laws of India.

1. परिचय
विनोद वास्तु आगरा ("हम", "हमारा" या "हमसे") आपकी गोपनीयता का सम्मान करता है। यह गोपनीयता नीति बताती है कि Vastu Chakra By Vinod ऐप वास्तु, आर्किटेक्चरल, फ्लोर-प्लान, दिशात्मक, मैपिंग और AR विश्लेषण के दौरान जानकारी, डिवाइस अनुमतियों, प्रमाणीकरण, भुगतान, स्थानीय प्रोजेक्ट डेटा और संबंधित सेवाओं को कैसे संभालता है।
2. भाषा चयन
ऐप पहली बार खोलने पर उपयोगकर्ता अपनी पसंदीदा ऐप भाषा चुन सकता है।
भाषा चयन केवल ऐप की User Interface Preference है और अपने आप में व्यक्तिगत जानकारी एकत्र या ट्रांसमिट नहीं करता।
3. लॉगिन, साइन-अप और प्रमाणीकरण
ऐप में Login/Sign-Up और Logout की सुविधा उपलब्ध है।
उपयोगकर्ता निम्नलिखित तरीकों से प्रमाणीकरण कर सकता है:
• मोबाइल नंबर और One-Time Password (OTP); या
• उपलब्ध Google Sign-In विकल्प।
Authentication method के अनुसार ऐप उपयोगकर्ता की पहचान सत्यापित करने और authenticated session बनाए रखने के लिए आवश्यक जानकारी प्राप्त या process कर सकता है।
Authentication information का उपयोग account authentication, subscription access, payment verification, license या entitlement verification, security और customer support के लिए किया जा सकता है।
ऐप उपयोगकर्ता से नाम, पता या अन्य अतिरिक्त profile information देने की मांग नहीं करता, जब तक कि किसी विशेष सेवा के लिए इसकी आवश्यकता न हो।
Logout करने से वर्तमान authenticated session समाप्त हो जाता है। Logout करने से account या उससे संबंधित information अपने आप delete नहीं होती।
हम उपयोगकर्ताओं की personal information को बेचते या किराए पर नहीं देते।
4. मोबाइल नंबर और OTP
जब उपयोगकर्ता mobile-number authentication चुनता है, तो OTP प्राप्त करने के लिए मोबाइल नंबर देना होता है।
Mobile number और authentication information को identity verification और account access के लिए ऐप की authentication infrastructure तथा अधिकृत service providers के माध्यम से process किया जा सकता है।
OTP information का उपयोग authentication के लिए किया जाता है और इसे advertising purposes के लिए उपयोग करने का उद्देश्य नहीं है।
5. GOOGLE SIGN-IN
उपयोगकर्ता Google Sign-In के माध्यम से authentication कर सकता है।
Google Sign-In का उपयोग करने पर Google authentication process के माध्यम से अनुमत जानकारी, जैसे identifier और authentication के लिए आवश्यक basic account information, ऐप को उपलब्ध करा सकता है।
इस जानकारी का उपयोग authentication, account association, security और authorized application services के लिए किया जाता है।
Google द्वारा information को संभालना Google की लागू privacy policies के अधीन है।
6. स्थान (LOCATION) जानकारी
ऐप आवश्यकता होने पर device location की permission मांग सकता है।
Location का उपयोग map-related functionality, geographical analysis, directional Vastu analysis और अन्य location-dependent application features के लिए किया जा सकता है।
Location information का उपयोग संबंधित application functionality प्रदान करने के लिए किया जाता है।
हम location information को advertising networks या data brokers को बेचते या किराए पर नहीं देते।
यदि location information किसी authorized service provider या mapping service को भेजी जाती है, तो उसे संबंधित service provider की privacy policy और लागू कानून के अनुसार संभाला जाता है।
7. कैमरा और वास्तु AR OVERLAY
जब उपयोगकर्ता camera-based Vastu AR/overlay functionality का उपयोग करना चुनता है, तब ऐप camera access की permission मांग सकता है।
Camera का उपयोग Vastu-related information के real-time visual alignment के लिए किया जा सकता है, जिसमें 8 दिशाएँ, 16 दिशाएँ और 32 दिशाएँ शामिल हैं।
Camera frames को requested real-time functionality के लिए process किया जाता है।
ऐप camera footage को personal video archive के रूप में जानबूझकर record या maintain नहीं करता।
Camera access केवल तब मांगा जाता है जब उपयोगकर्ता संबंधित camera/AR functionality का उपयोग करता है।
8. फोटो, इमेज, BLUEPRINT और ARCHITECTURAL FILES
जब उपयोगकर्ता architectural drawing, floor plan, blueprint, map या अन्य supported image/file को import करना चुनता है, तब ऐप Android version और file-selection method के अनुसार आवश्यक photo, media या file access मांग सकता है।
Selected files का उपयोग viewing, floor-plan analysis, architectural analysis, grading, Vastu analysis, mapping और Vastu overlay functionality के लिए किया जा सकता है।
जहाँ ऐसी access आवश्यक नहीं है, वहाँ ऐप उपयोगकर्ता की पूरी photo gallery को जानबूझकर access नहीं करता।
User द्वारा चुनी गई images और files को requested application functionality के लिए process किया जाता है।
9. कम्पास और DEVICE SENSORS
ऐप directional और compass-related functionality के लिए compatible device sensors, जिनमें magnetic-field और device-rotation sensors शामिल हैं, का उपयोग करता है।

13. PAYMENT PROCESSING
ऐप subscriptions या paid digital services उपलब्ध करा सकता है।
जहाँ Razorpay को payment service provider के रूप में इस्तेमाल किया जाता है, वहाँ payment-related personal और transaction information को Razorpay और उसके authorized service providers द्वारा उनकी लागू privacy notices और applicable law के अनुसार process किया जा सकता है।
ऐप/developer application के local project database में full credit/debit card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN या banking credentials जानबूझकर store नहीं करता।
Payment providers transaction को process या verify करने के लिए customer identifiers, transaction details और payment-related information जैसी जानकारी process कर सकते हैं।

15. DATA SECURITY
हम application और उसके service providers द्वारा संभाली जाने वाली information की प्रकृति के अनुरूप उचित technical और organizational security measures का उपयोग करते हैं।
Internet के माध्यम से transmit की गई information को appropriate transport security mechanisms द्वारा protect किया जा सकता है।
Local application data को ऐप द्वारा लागू encryption mechanisms से सुरक्षित किया जा सकता है।
Full card numbers, CVV और UPI PIN जैसी payment credentials को application के local project database में जानबूझकर store नहीं किया जाता।
हालाँकि, electronic storage या transmission की कोई भी विधि पूर्ण सुरक्षा की गारंटी नहीं दे सकती।
16. DATA RETENTION
Local project data सामान्यतः उपयोगकर्ता के device पर तब तक रहता है जब तक उपयोगकर्ता संबंधित project को delete नहीं करता, application storage clear नहीं करता या application uninstall नहीं करता, जो ऐप के वास्तविक storage और backup behavior के अधीन है।
Account, authentication, subscription, payment, transaction, licensing, security, analytics, diagnostic या support information को हमारी systems या service providers द्वारा services प्रदान करने, security बनाए रखने, fraud या misuse रोकने, विवाद सुलझाने, transaction records बनाए रखने, contractual obligations पूरी करने या लागू legal और regulatory requirements का पालन करने के लिए आवश्यक अवधि तक रखा जा सकता है।
17. ACCOUNT और DATA DELETION
जिन उपयोगकर्ताओं का application account है, वे अपने account और उससे संबंधित personal information को delete करने का अनुरोध कर सकते हैं।
ऐप में Login और Logout की सुविधा उपलब्ध है। Account deletion की सुविधा ऐप के अंदर तथा हमारे द्वारा उपलब्ध कराए गए web-based deletion request method के माध्यम से प्रदान की जा सकती है।
Account या उससे संबंधित personal data delete करने के अनुरोध के लिए उपयोगकर्ता संपर्क कर सकते हैं:

Account deletion request प्राप्त होने पर हम deletion के योग्य account-associated information को delete या anonymize करेंगे, सिवाय उस information के जिसे legal, regulatory, security, fraud-prevention, payment, transaction-record या अन्य legitimate compliance requirements के कारण रखना आवश्यक हो या जिसकी अनुमति हो।
Logout करने से account या उससे संबंधित information delete नहीं होती।
Local project data को संबंधित projects delete करके, application storage clear करके या application uninstall करके हटाया जा सकता है, जो ऐप के वास्तविक storage और backup behavior के अधीन है।
18. बच्चों की गोपनीयता
यह application विशेष रूप से बच्चों के लिए निर्देशित नहीं है।
हम 13 वर्ष से कम उम्र के बच्चों की personal information जानबूझकर collect नहीं करते।
यदि हमें पता चलता है कि किसी बच्चे की personal information लागू कानून का उल्लंघन करते हुए collect की गई है, तो हम स्थिति को उचित तरीके से संबोधित करने के लिए आवश्यक कदम उठाएँगे।
19. ADVERTISING
ऐप उपयोगकर्ताओं की personal information को advertising networks या data brokers को जानबूझकर बेचता नहीं है।
यदि भविष्य में advertising या advertising-related services शुरू की जाती हैं, तो इस Privacy Policy को उचित रूप से update किया जाएगा ताकि संबंधित data practices की जानकारी दी जा सके।
20. PRIVACY POLICY UPDATES
हम application, services, technology, third-party service providers या लागू legal requirements में बदलाव के अनुसार समय-समय पर इस Privacy Policy को update कर सकते हैं।
जहाँ उचित होगा, महत्वपूर्ण बदलावों की जानकारी application, website या अन्य उचित माध्यम से दी जा सकती है।
Updated Privacy Policy में revised effective date प्रदर्शित की जाएगी।
21. लागू कानून और क्षेत्राधिकार
यह Privacy Policy और application का उपयोग भारत के लागू कानूनों द्वारा नियंत्रित होगा।
लागू कानून के अधीन, इस Privacy Policy या application से संबंधित विवादों पर आगरा, उत्तर प्रदेश की सक्षम अदालतों का क्षेत्राधिकार होगा।
